Talk on 'Risk Exoskeletons' at Simudyne

Updated: Dec 28, 2019

I really enjoyed giving this talk on 28th Feb at the offices of Simudyne as part of the 'London Agent Based Modelling' Meetup. The subject was my latest thinking about risk biology and organisational economics specifically, the idea of 'risk exoskeletons'. I find this idea helpful in conceptualising about how agents use systems, strategies and products to control risk and uncertainty in their environments and I explain why in the talk. And as I explain at the start, the idea borrows from Andy Clark's and David Chalmers 'Extended Mind' hypothesis.
