Agile and its Natural Environment

I was given the opportunity one evening last month to speak at PPL's office (where I work) on the subject of Agile and an alternative perspective on what agility might mean for technology development. This also resulted in some great conversations afterwards in the room between PPL colleagues and an eclectic mix of attendees.
